Living in the waste age.

Yes, it is true that we are living in the age of waste.

In 1920, light bulbs lasted so long that it was not profitable to market them.

Today's overproduction of food, clothing, accessories and many other products, when they reach the end of their life cycle, become garbage. In addition, there are countries that do not manage to reuse more than 30% of the total waste produced.

But as Simone Post, a Dutch textile and product designer, described in a collaboration with Adidas:

"There is so much leftover material that we cannot really ignore it any more - and there are now so many initiatives that using waste to improve the system is almost becoming the obvious choice".

Today we share with you 5 designs made from waste:

Chairs, carpets, bags in their different uses, works of art, sculptures, among others.
